Because all of our wallpapers and wall murals are custom printed to order, we ask customers to carefully review their order details before completing a purchase.

Custom-Made Products
All wallpaper and mural orders are produced specifically for each customer based on the selected design, dimensions, and material.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Incorrect measurements provided by the customer

Change of mind after production has started

Color variations caused by differences in monitor or device settings

Orders placed with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Installation errors or damage occurring during installation

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your claim, please provide:

Your order number

Photos of the product

Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:

Replacement of the affected item

Partial refund

Full refund

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After production has begun, orders cannot be canceled because each item is custom manufactured specifically for the customer.

Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers

Customs inspections

Weather conditions

Incorrect address information provided by the customer

However, we will do our best to assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues.

Color Variations
Please note that colors may appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, and printing materials. Minor color variations between on-screen previews and printed products are considered normal and are not eligible for refunds.
