Are your wallpapers removable?
Yes. Our Peel & Stick wallpapers are designed to be removable without damaging properly prepared walls.
Results may vary depending on wall condition, paint type, humidity, and installation duration.
How do I measure my wall?
Measure the full width and height of your wall at its widest and highest points.
We recommend adding 2–4 inches (5–10 cm) to both dimensions to allow for trimming during installation.
If you're unsure, contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Can I order a custom size?
Absolutely!
All of our murals can be customized to fit your wall dimensions. Simply provide your measurements when placing your order.
What if my wall size falls between standard sizes?
We recommend ordering the next size up to ensure full wall coverage and allow for trimming during installation.
How long does production take?
Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Production times may be slightly longer during holidays or peak seasons.
How long does shipping take?
United States delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after production is completed.
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we primarily serve customers within the United States.
Please contact us before ordering if you require shipping outside the U.S.
Are the colors exactly the same as shown on my screen?
Colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings, device displays, lighting conditions, and printing materials.
We make every effort to ensure accurate color representation.
Are your materials safe for homes and children?
Yes.
Our wallpapers are printed using advanced HP Latex technology with water-based inks.

They are suitable for bedrooms, nurseries, living spaces, and workplaces.
Can I install the wallpaper myself?
Yes.
Our Peel & Stick material is designed for DIY installation.
Traditional Texture Fabric wallpaper may require wallpaper paste and is often installed by professionals for best results.
What surfaces work best?
Our wallpapers adhere best to:
Smooth painted walls
Properly primed surfaces
Clean and dry walls
We do not recommend installation on:
Textured walls
Brick
Concrete
Freshly painted surfaces (allow at least 30 days of curing time)
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Your order number
Photos of the product
Photos of the packaging
A description of the issue
We will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once production begins, custom orders cannot be canceled or modified.
Do you accept returns?
Because all products are custom printed to order, returns are generally not accepted.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and we will make it right.
